Exercise is very important for our physical fitness. It leads to a healthy life.The number of times we fall sick is the key performance indicator for a healthy life.
We believe that we will be healthy if we take nutritious food. Unless it is complemented by simple and effective work out, we do not get the wholesome benefits of the food we eat. Let us take few examples. Jogging is an aerobic exercise. It brings with it all associated benefits like improved blood circulation throughout the body; increasing the red cells in the blood to transport oxygen; offering healthy lungs; spreading the fat throughout the body which otherwise gets deposited in the abs etc.

Another complete work out is the swimming. If offers good cardio vascular fitness and
improves the body metabolism. When we swim, we burn lot of calories. Apart from this, each and every limb of our body is subjected to stretch and all the muscles become stronger. Reducing the fat throughout the body is the basic need to develop the six pack abs.
Generally 30 to 40 minutes of daily consistent work out coupled with nutritious food should be sufficient to keep our body relatively strong. This will reduce the incidences of falling sick.
While all of us are engaged in the physical activity in one way or the other throughout the day, daily morning and evening exercises are considered important for physical fitness. When you wake up in the morning, take a glass of water to allow your body to hydrate. Afterward, if you jog or swim or perform any kind of aerobic exercise, you will feel healthy throughout the day. It stimulates the body. You will have good appetite and you will also choose healthy food. You will feel balanced to deal with the day. Morning work out brings sound sleep in the night and helps for the weight loss.
In the evening, at least 3 to 4 hours before going to bed,
any kind of exercise including playing games even with the kids for half an hour will help to reduce the stress level. You will feel fresh in the evening hours.You may think that this will be easy but can be difficult to implement. The difficulty is consistency in application. We will find lot of excuses to justify our inability to practice these affordable daily routines. The first target is to blame on the availability of time. We are like fishes that say there is no water in the ocean. Everything boils down to our sincere efforts to make these simple physical fitness routine as part of our daily life style. It will pay rich dividend
to lead a healthy life.
