To be completely honest with you this diet is a fraud to your metabolism, which already used to burn more than what you actually need, will melt excess fat in your body instantly. The diet is a 20 day cycle, during which you can eat only twice per day at a specific time- every 6 hours.For example: the first meal could be taken at 11 am or at noon, and the second at 5 or 6 pm. You are the ones who will decide how big quantities of food you can eat during your meals.With this diet you can lose around 6 kilograms = 13 pounds.
What you need to know is that after finishing this cycle you MUST take a break for about a month during which you can eat anything you want except bread and sweets. Afterward you can start a new 20 day cycle if you were satisfied with your previous results.
During this diet you can take unlimited quantities of liquids coffee, tea, mineral water, and juices but without any sugar. You cannot drink any carbonated beverages or juices.
Diet Menu :
* First day Macaroni with cheese and yogurt,
* Second day Rice with cheese and yogurt,
* Third, fourth and fifth days Chicken and salad (boiled, baked without fat),
* Sixth, seventh and eighth days Veal and salad (boiled, baked without fat),
* Ninth, tenth and eleventh Fish and salad (boiled, baked without fat),
* Twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth Black, green and red beans, peas, lentils and corn,
* Fifteenth and sixteenth days Only potatoes boiled, fried, baked, and etc,
* Seventeenth day All kind of fruits, even bananas,
* Eighteenth day Macaroni with cheese and yogurt,
* Nineteenth day Rice with cheese and yogurt,
* Twentieth dayYou may not believe but on this day you can eat any kind of sweets chocolate, cakes, candies, and etc.
This diet might not appeal to everyone. Some people were very satisfied with the results they have achieved, and
for some this diet has not helped a lot. It is proved, and I agree too that 5-6 small meals per day is a better way to go than the 2 big ones. However, different people have different organisms.
